About the Role:

As a Senior Irrigation Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of our irrigation projects. You will lead and work alongside a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high standards of quality and safety on all sites. In this role, you’ll oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of irrigation systems, as well as manage the day-to-day activities on-site.

What We’re Looking For:
• Relevant Experience: Proven experience in an irrigation technician or supervisory role is essential.
• Expertise in Pumps & Water Bores: Familiarity with submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, and bore systems is highly desirable.
• Leadership Ability: A proactive leader who can motivate, guide, and collaborate effectively with your team.
• Attention to Detail: You take pride in delivering high-quality, precise work and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards.
• Adaptability: The ability to adjust to diverse locations, project types, and client requirements.
• Passion for Sustainability: A deep interest in working within an industry that focuses on environmental responsibility and water conservation.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with both our team and clients.
