About the role

Gnutech Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Welder / Boilermaker to join our team in Campbellfield, Victoria. This full-time or contract role involves a variety of welding and fabrication projects supporting our growing business.

What you’ll do

• Perform high-quality welding and fabrication to meet safety and quality standards.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders accurately.

• Identify and report issues or defects to supervisors promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace; ensure tools and equipment are stored correctly.

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, including on-site work as required.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience as a Welder / Boilermaker, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Adaptable, reliable, and team-oriented.

• Forklift licence and experience with other machinery are an advantage.
