Join the team at Woolley Appliance Services' as an Appliance Repair Technician in our Clayton VIC 3168 location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert repair services for a range of Samsung and LG household appliances, ensuring our customers' needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators
Discuss repair options and provide cost estimates to customers
Order and install replacement parts as needed
Maintain detailed records of all service calls and repairs
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
Stay up-to-date with the latest appliance repair techniques and technologies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as an appliance repair technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of household appliances
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to work in a safe and responsible manner
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
