Immij is a leading print and packaging company with over 110 staff across two sites in Melbourne and Sydney. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator to join our busy production team.

About the Role

As the Die Cutter Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring high-quality die cutting of printed and packaging materials. You will be responsible for setting up and operating our new state-of-the-art Die Cutter, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring all work meets required specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain die cutting machine

• Ensure accurate cutting and finishing of printed materials

• Monitor production quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise

• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment 

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating Die cutting machines

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret job specifications

• Good problem-solving skills and initiative

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
