About you  

You are currently in your 2nd to 4th year of your apprenticeship and are looking for a hands-on role in service and installation with a local dynamic company.     

You :   

• Can work well within a team and be willing to pitch in with a whatever it takes attitude  
• Can follow instructions and be proactive   
• Constantly look for ways to learn, develop and increase your skills   
• Go out of your way for customers and always act with integrity   
• Must be passionate and have great attention to detail   
• Learn quickly and are an ace at prioritising tasks  

About the role and the main responsibilities  

• This is a site-based role working in a team.  
• Assist experienced technicians with the professional installation, repairs and maintenance of residential and commercial clients.  
• You will ensure outstanding customer service through quality workmanship and communication excellence.  
• Undertake all necessary training as part of an apprenticeship  

 Key selection criteria  

• Competed HSC, equivalent studies or 1 year working experience.  
• A positive, pro-active and respectful attitude  
• Excellent all-round communications skills  
• High attention to detail  
• Passionate and enthusiastic  

 Required  

• Holds current Driver's License  

 Preferred  

• Industry Induction Card   
• Refrigerant Handling License  
• Work experience
