About the role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at True Blue Cars' in Welshpool, WA. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day business operations and providing excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
• Assist with customer inquiries and liaise with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
• Provide support for sales and marketing activities, such as preparing presentations and proposals
• Maintain and update customer records and databases
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
• Social media managing

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role, ideally within the automotive or sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
• Be willing to acquire required certifications
