Our Yatala workshop has bays ready to go and we’re looking for experienced tradespeople who understand caravans and take pride in quality workmanship.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with real-world caravan industry experience — particularly in:

• Ply replacement and floor rebuilds

• Timber framing and structural rectification

• Internal strip-outs and rebuilds

• Cabinetry repairs and refits

• Insurance and warranty repairs

• Leak repairs and resealing

• Accessory installations (awnings, solar, hatches, hardware)

• Pre-delivery inspections and servicing

If you’ve worked in caravan manufacturing, warranty repair, servicing departments, or specialist rebuild workshops your skills are highly transferable here.

Core Skills We Value

We’re particularly interested in people experienced in:

• Caravan floor and wall ply replacement

• Timber and aluminium frame repairs

• Cabinetmaking/joinery and internal fit-outs

• Fibreglass and aluminium panel repairs

• Structural rectification

• Sealant application and water ingress diagnosis

• 12V systems (basic troubleshooting)

• Accurate measuring, cutting and finishing

Licences & Qualifications (Desirable)

• Trade qualification (Carpentry, Cabinetmaking, Automotive, Marine, Panel Beating or similar – highly regarded)

• Current driver’s licence (required)

• Forklift licence (LF) (advantage)

• 12V certification or caravan electrical experience
