Easyauto123 are currently seeking a well organised Administration Officer to join our dynamic team.

About the role:
The position involves most aspects of general administration including the following:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Vehicle Licensing (training course provided if required)
• Costing & processing deals, calculating commissions
• Reconciliations of costing accounts and balance sheet
• Data Entry
• Posting invoices
• Raising EFT payments
• Processing bank statements
• Bringing vehicles into stock and reviewing document compliance
• Ad hoc work with the accountant

What we're looking for:

• Knowledge of basic accounting processes
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Professional phone manner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Produce all work with exceptional attention to detail
• Have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Dealership experience will be highly regarded

It is essential to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, plus the ability to liaise effectively with team members. The successful candidate will possess the ability to demonstrate reliability and commitment in this fast-paced role.
