About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining strong cash flow, accurate billing, and positive customer relationships within the fast-paced automotive sector.

Working closely with operations and administration teams, you will take ownership of the end-to-end AR function, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.

You will have accountability for raising end of month billing tasks, reconciliations and debtors reports.

Skills and experience

• Will have prior experience in the accounts receivable space.

• Strong ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. 

• Ability to work within a team environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• You will be proficient in MS Suite, Excel and be able to work both independently and as part of the Finance team.

• You will be a well-presented self-starter who demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm, along with a flexible and adaptable nature.

This role is full-time Monday to Friday with the flexibility to start and finish at 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm.
