About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our professional Administration Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all supplier transactions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently

• Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets

• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

• Preparing payment runs and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with month-end reporting and other administration and accounting duties as required

About You

You’re an organised, dependable professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right the first time.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable within a high-volume environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Solid understanding of purchase order matching and invoice processing

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in dealership management / accounting systems, as well as Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands

• A proactive approach to resolving supplier queries and discrepancies

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• A team-focused attitude with a willingness to assist across the wider department when needed
