About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable officer to join our Finance team in a full‑time capacity.

In this fast‑paced, dynamic environment, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining an accurate and up‑to‑date billing system

  • Overseeing collections, payment allocation, and complex account reconciliations

  • Monitoring customer credit exposure, enforcing credit terms, and escalating risks

  • Managing credit applications, PPSR registrations, and credit limit reviews

  • Producing aged debt reports and supporting month‑end processes

  • Leading, coaching, and developing AR/Credit team members

  • Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, and external auditors

  • Investigating and resolving customer account disputes or queries

  • Supporting workflow coordination within the team

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 3-5 years’ experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar financial role

  • Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Are highly accurate with exceptional attention to detail

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Are confident managing complex accounts and negotiating payment solutions

  • Are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

  • Have experience working with large ERP systems

  • Can work under pressure in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

  • Are proactive, resilient, and bring a positive, team‑oriented mindset

  • (Desirable) Understand the tyre or automotive distribution sector
