About the Role

We are seeking a Tractor Operator to join our growing team. This role involves operating tractors and associated equipment to undertake verge slashing and maintenance works across a variety of projects.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team delivering high-quality outcomes for local government and private clients while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Duties include:

• Operating tractors and slashing equipment for verge maintenance activities;

• Mowing across parks, roadsides, and public open spaces;

• Conducting pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment;

• Identifying and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and safety concerns;

• Assisting in establishing and maintaining a safe work environment;

• Following company procedures, SWMS, and WHS requirements; and

• Working collaboratively within a team to achieve project outcomes.

About You

• Current HR Driver's Licence (essential);

• Experience operating tractors and slashing equipment (preferred);

• Experience in mowing or gardening; and

• Positive attitude with a willingness to be part of a team.
