About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Edgebaner Operator to join our Panel & Cut Team here in Bibra Lake.

This is a hands-on production role operating edgebanding machinery within a structured and process-driven workflow. The position is ideal for someone who has previously worked with edgebanders or similar woodworking / panel processing equipment and is comfortable performing consistent, precision-based tasks.

We are looking for someone who can commence immediately and integrate quickly into our production team.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate edgebanding machinery and associated equipment

• Ensure products meet required finish and quality standards

• Accurately measure, check, and process materials

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

• Identify operational or material issues and respond accordingly

• Comply with company policies and procedures

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience operating edgebanders or similar machinery

• Experience in a manufacturing, or panel processing environment

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, resolve them, and suggest improvements

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Forklift ticket essential
