About the role

Vivad(Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced digital Prepress Operator or someone that has recently completed a Certificate III in Prepress Graphic Design Production to join our dynamic team in Campbellfield, Victoria.

As a Prepress Operator, you will play a crucial role in the print production process, ensuring high-quality outputs and efficient workflow. This full-time position offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work for a leading printing company in the production of large format digitally printed products.

What you'll be doing

• Perform image manipulation and colour correction tasks using industry-standard software

• Prepare digital files for printing, including layout, imposition, and trapping

• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot issues throughout the prepress process

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of print-ready materials

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in prepress

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Prepress Operator if you have experience or less than 6 months experience if you have recently completed formal qualifications.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite,

• Strong understanding of colour management, file formats, and printing processes

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
