About the Role

We currently have a vacancy for a Tractor Operator to join our team, you will be working on exciting new turf, and beach projects. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Tractor operation, ride-on cylinder, and rotary mowing duties

• Operating tractors on beaches with mechanical beach raking attachments

• Maintaining knowledge of machinery operation and skill levels in tractors, ride on mowers, utes with trailers, and trucks

• Adhering to health, safety, and cleanliness standards for machines

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and preferably previous experience in a similar role, you'll have/be:

• A current valid driver's license

• Full Australian working rights, permanent residency or a valid working holiday visa

• Minimum 1 year of tractor operating experience required

• Experience with ride-on mowers and/or machinery preferred

• A friendly, can-do attitude

• Self-motivation, organisation, physical fitness, and the ability to work autonomously

• High attention to detail and strong knowledge of OH&S requirements
