About us:

Air Radiators is part of Adrad Holdings Limited (AHL) and is an Australian-based business specialising in the design and manufacture of innovative heat transfer solutions for Original Equipment (OE) customers globally and the manufacture, importation and distribution of automotive parts for the Aftermarket in Australia and New Zealand. AHL has an established network of branches, workshops, and manufacturing facilities across 8 main sites and 16 warehouses in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand. AHL is headquartered in Beverley, South Australia and has approximately 500 employees.

Role:

The successful candidate will maintain a neat and orderly work area and fabricate parts to tolerance based on the requirements of the technical drawings.

Initially starting on a casual basis, this role has a clear pathway to permanent, full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

Setup and Operation: Set up, and operate CNC turret punch presses to fabricate sheet metal parts based on technical drawings.

Production: Load and unload raw materials, select proper tooling, and run production cycles to meet schedules.

Quality Control: Perform first-off inspections and regular quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy.

Maintenance: Conduct daily machine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Safety: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Experience Required:

Proven experience operating CNC turret punch machines.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with turret punch or specialized tools is highly regarded.
