As a Rollforming Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing accurate, high-quality steel components that directly impact build quality on site. You’ll be hands-on, safety-focused, quality-driven, and reliable — working closely with the Rollforming Supervisor and wider production team to keep output flowing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support roll-forming operations with production planning and daily output tracking

• Prepare and maintain machines

• Review drawings/specifications and assist with QA checks and tolerances

• Record production data (output, downtime, scrap, defects) and keep reporting up to date

• Assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance reporting to minimise downtime

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardisation

• Operate rollforming machinery to produce steel components to specification

• Conduct pre-start checks, monitor machine performance, and escalate issues early

• Maintain a clean, organised work area (5S mindset) and follow safe work procedures

• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, logistics, and supervision teams

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial production

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial machinery

• Experience with sheet metal, steel processing, press lines, CNC, or roll-forming equipment (direct or closely related)

• Ability to read basic technical drawings and specifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus

• Good written and spoken English

• Comfortable working with SOPs, checklists, and production KPIs

• Reliable, structured, and detail-focused

• Experience in automotive, steel, or industrial manufacturing environments highly regarded

The Minimum Requirements
