About the role

Transcape Enterprises' is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Landscaper/Operator to join our team in Townsville, QLD. In this full time role, you will play a crucial part in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our commercial clients. With a focus on high-quality workmanship and attention to detail, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional landscaping services.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing a variety of landscaping tasks such as turf preparation, garden bed preparation, planting, fencing, retaining walls and revegetation works.

2. Installing and maintaining irrigation systems, water features, and other landscaping elements

3. Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively

4. Providing excellent customer service and communicating with project managers and supervisors throughout the project lifecycle

5. Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

1. Relevant experience in the landscaping or gardening industry, preferably in a similar role

2. Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret landscaping plans

3. Skid steer and excavator experience.

4. Familiarity with the use and maintenance of landscaping machinery and tools

5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

6. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

7. A valid driver's licence, a HR truck licence would be beneficial, and reliable transportation
