We Wangara Tyres are seeking a skilled two (2) Motor Mechanics with a minimum of 2 years of experience and relevant trade qualifications. The ideal candidates must possess diagnostic expertise, the ability to handle a variety of vehicle repair tasks, and a solid understanding of workshop safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, and major and minor services.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and determine optimal repair solutions.
• Conduct logbook servicing for cars and 4WDs.
• Dismantle and reassemble engine components, transmissions, and other parts.
• Align, balance, and replace wheel rims and tyres.
• Conduct routine services such as oil changes and decarburization for improved fuel efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive tyre services, including fitting, balancing, and alignment.
• Ability to work across multiple sites when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate III/IV in Automotive or relevant trade qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid Australian driver’s license with manual driving capability.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong mechanical skills and physical fitness.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WHS standards and workshop procedures.
