Sydney City Lexus are seeking a results-driven Trainee Business Manager who can build strong relationships with our valued customers based on trust, consistency, and confidence.

About the role:

As a Trainee Finance and Insurance Business Manager, you will be responsible for selling finance and insurance related products whilst possessing drive, enthusiasm, sharp communication skills and the motivation to achieve targets.

These attributes paired with strong negotiation and exceptional customer service skills, will see you succeed in this role.

Your Day:

• Offer tailored finance and insurance solutions in a transparent, customer-first manner.

• Collaborate with the sales team to increase finance penetration and customer satisfaction.

• Ongoing training and development, shadowing our experienced Business Managers.

• Follow all company processes and procedures which have been carefully designed to maximise business opportunity.

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal and company standards.

• Handle all finance documentation accurately and in a timely fashion.

• Deliver exceptional customer care before, during, and after the point of sale.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
