About the position

Join our City Works team as a full-time Maintenance Assistant! This is your chance to be part of a supportive and dedicated team, working to improve and maintain the infrastructure across the Frankston municipality. Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Performing civil infrastructure maintenance tasks and repairs across a range of areas along with other duties within the City Works team
  • Ensuring the quality and satisfactory output of work and ability to meet work schedules and deadlines; and
  • Working in a team environment or works individually under routine supervision.

This is a Permanent Full-Time role.

 About you

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Current Driver Licence;
  • Industry related experience in roads, signage, construction and drainage maintenance
  • Experience in the use of a variety of tools, plant and mechanical equipment relating to civil maintenance; and
  • Eagerness to learn and willing to receive training to advance in the role.
