About the Company  For the last 30+ years, our client has manufactured purpose built pumping systems designed to their client’s requirements and specifications with a proven reputation of high quality, reliability and service.  Due to our clients Tank Division expanding, we are seeking an experienced, motivated and resourceful Fiberglass Laminator to join their team based in Welshpool.   Summer Working Days & Hours Location: Welshpool Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Option to start at 6:00 AM) Winter Working Times: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM   The Role  Based in our clients Welshpool workshop, the successful candidate will be working in a small team of Fiberglass Laminators, manufacturing the following products; Tanks: 1 meter to 3 meter diameter (Occasional Custom Builds)  Tank Parts: Hatches, Rises, Valve Chambers & Ladders to name a few The work is standard Fiberglass manufacturing (some repair) using moulds, where the main responsibilities include; Setting up moulds Applying Gel Coat  Chopper Gun Operating Applying Core Matting Applying Resin Removing Products from Moulds Assembly of Products  Quality Control Repairing Tanks & Parts     The Candidate We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Laminator that has at least 6 months experience working in a similar role. Candidates that have worked as a Fiberglass Laminator in the following are encouraged to apply; Fiberglass Tank Manufacture Fiberglass Pool Manufacture Custom Fiberglass Products Manufacture Essential criteria include; Have a positive attitude possessing initiative, intelligence and good organizational skills Conducts themselves in a highly professional manner at all times in a workshop environment    Be reliable, punctual and have a great work ethic  Be physically fit with the ability to undertake physically demanding tasks Be safety conscious Take pride in your work Have contactable references Be a permanent resident with full working rights Possess a Current Drivers License and reliable Vehicle Be able to pass a D&A screen & ongoing regular random testing   Remuneration Depending on your experience the pay rate will be between; $40.00 to $50.00 per hour + Over Time + Super  Working Hours between 38 to 55 Per Week    How to Apply Email your updated CV to [email protected] quoting reference number FIBG-0307
