Key Responsibilities

Interpret plans, shop drawings, and specifications.
Be able to create your own cut lists.
Cut, shape, and assemble cabinetry using a variety of materials used in the industry.
Operate workshop machinery including panel saws, edge banders, routers, and hand tools.
Be responsible for inventory needed on your project.
Apply finishes and hardware.
On-site installations as required.
Collaborate with the design and installation team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop and work site.

Skills & Experience

Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or equivalent.
Comfortable working solo and managing their own workflow to keep things moving smoothly.
Experience in a workshop environment.
Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and joinery techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience with CNC machinery is a major plus.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience woth hardware systems eg Blum, Hafele, Hettich etc major plus.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
